HCD is a highly effective way to look and solve complex problems creatively, collaboratively and quickly. It is a great way to reach alignment and shared understanding among your teams and customers.

Wicked Problems challenge us for sure; however they are packed with uncertainty, several unknowns and constantly change so what we might know very quickly becomes old or irrelevant. These are problems in our businesses and societies at large that are not linear and their definition itself is convoluted; if at all they can be defined accurately.

This workshop will unpack these 2 areas in a highly interactive way so that you can start applying these creative techniques right away. And yes, we get asked a lot but the answer is a big NO – You do not need to be a designer to learn and apply human centered design in your life and work. We even use it at home to spark curiosity with our 5 year old and as a family to have without resorting to gadgets and technology
